What is the intended use? SPL SQL SQ

Dynaudio, Focal, Morel, AVI, older MB Quart, older Alpine F1... CDT, granted the reviews are mixed on them.

Or make your own set. MBQ has a great mid woofer add on kit that usually sells way too cheaply on e-bay. An easy way to use your existing comp set and setup it up for 3 way.

That being said I am totally looking for an Alpine F1 3 way crossover set!!!

This topic might be better served in the SQ forum.

Did someone say 3 way? Pure ear sex even with the 10" sub being used as a woofer.

Pictured: PG M50 amp, MBQ 3 way crossover, MBQ PTK-40 tweets, AVI MX-130 mids, Hollywood sub for woofer.

i've been using a mmats 641 set up for a while and the only complaint i have is the woofer is just to small to put out at high volumns, only pics i've got are terrible( kid playing with dig camera messes up all the settings) but the 3way crossover is pretty impressive next to a standard 2way. my plans are actually going to be a 8 or 10in woofer, 4" mid and probably a set of o/s full body horns

edit knew i had little better pics 6"next to 3way passive :

Bravox CS603CF

DLS Scandinavia

Both sound good, but they sound great when they have 180-195wrms and the midbass woofers are in a sealed enclosure.

Both are 6.5"/3"/1"

are you more prone to buying a ready made set or full DIY?
