Default Is my box correct?

My box is suppose to be 8 cubes net, tuned to 33 htz. The dimensions are: 21'' deep, 39.75'' wide, 25'' tall. The port is 5'' wide and 15'' deep. Is this correct?

to get 33Hz @ 8 cubes you need 25" of port length
I think sub displacement is .15 cubes per sub. My box is only 21'' deep so my port isn't 25'' so what would I be tuned to? Im still a newb when it comes to boxes.

since your box is 21" deep you would have to make an L port, with your current length the tuning would be somewhere around 39Hz

u could make a port plug and get down to ~35hz

since u shrink port area u gain cone control, and lower ur f3, in other words u can play lower more safely

so u can play more notes, but might not be as loud

you can try and add the extra needed length to the port but im not sure how long it needs to be

@decaf how long would the piece need to be to achieve 25" of port length, im assuming it needs to be 5" long
