Lightbulb Active mid/High Rca outputs - but you need to process mid/midrange/tweets???

Just so I understand and buy the right parts the first time.

I am running a Pioneer premier deck active. What I dont get is how to do the crossovers/rcas for a 3 way setup on 2 sets of rca's.

I get that my sub obviously uses the sub rca, and my tweets amp is going to use the HIGH rca.

But how will I split my MID rca? And its crossover??

I want to run 2 sets of drivers off this rca, my midbass which will be seeing 80-2khz and my midrange which will be seeing say 200-6k

Would I set the mid rca crossover on the deck to 80-6000 and maybe use the amps to EQ high pass and low pass? Or would a passive crossover be best?

Just curious how you guys would do this.

Also, when you split an RCA output, how does it then know which is right side or left side

Appreciate the help!!!

So you have 6 channels of amplification correct?

And your amps are active capable(band pass) correct?

Do you have passive x-overs?

Depending on if you have more than 1 amp and its x-over capabilities will determine which way you can set it up

I'm currently running 3 way off a non active HU and a 4chan bandpass amp, running the 6.5 active bandpassed, and the mid/tweet off the stock x-over on the other 2 chans

You would need to split the mid RCA to both amps. 80-6000 on the HU and then a 2000 Fmod in line to the midbass amp.

You'd need to take a channel from BOTH split RCA's to maintain stereo separation...

I dont believe my amps do bandpass, its either high/flat or low setting must be selected

Im using 2 US Acoustic 4085's and a Kicker KX650.4
