The Sa-8s look like great speakers. I think Jacob has been working on the X-8s too lately. I just ordered a pair of DC Lvl 2 8s.

I have tested that amp about a bazillion times. I know what it does clean, clipped, dirty, loaded, unloaded, wired down, low voltage, good voltage, after it hot, while it's cool, on caps, on batts, where it protects, what's thermal limits are and just about anything else anyone would care to know about it.

But thanks for chiming in. Your opinion is duly noted.

Do those amps do rated power at 2ohm or 1?

Go to dcsoundlab.com and look at lvl 2. Thats what they make the 8 in.

i dont see a zr600 per sa8 being a problem then i would get d2's and bridge them at 4ohm as the sa8's can take a beating

Thatll work, but theyll be underpowered. If you are doing 2 per amp, you need dual 4 for a 1 ohm load, or dual 2s for a 2 ohm load.
