We are SUPER busy in the shop building and shipping units so that we can provide our customers with the same fast ship times we have always provided. We have more help than ever before answering the phone and e-mails so that we can provide our same level of customer service- Unfortunately, that doesn't leave us a lot of time to hang out on the 20+ forums that we advertise on.
If you have technical questions, or are looking for a price quote, DO NOT post a thread or send a PM, as it will more than likely will not get responded to in a time fashion. (or at all for that matter) Asking for tech help on a public audio forum is like going to the special-ed trailer at your Junior high school to get legal advice. You'll get plenty of opinions, most of them wrong. Save yourself the confusion, and just get in contact with us directly.
We respond to all e-mails within 24 business hours, OR if it happens to be between 8:30 am and 5:30 pm eastern time Monday through Friday, you can just pick up the phone and get the answers to your questions right that second !!!! (I know, what a concept)
