most companies there size no longer have good support, 1st why support anyone who purchased online and not a Re/dealer, online sales are to have there own tech support, next most Mfg don't pay enough to keep good tech support and there are no longer people with the skills to do support, next there is alot of info on mfg websites but people are to lazy to use it.
