Default Fix my amp?

so... heres a copy of everything.
so. the Top and i guess bottom RCA jack are messed up.
as in, they top almost never plays anymore, and the bottom will, but it has to be in just right.
well, how am i going to repair this?
i enclosed a few pics. hope they help. I NEED A solution!
as well one of the capacitors seems lose? any ideas for that?

cant see to well, but ill lifting the cap off the board?

under the board of the rca jacks

for clarifications, im refering to j100
as you can see, the internal jack is a little more open than the ones on j101, i tried to rebend them in, did nothing.

is this a rockford? u might need to have the rca's re soldered. and if the caps are still intact to the board dont wiggle them the legs are very easy to break.

so clip out the old heads, and clip the leads with a small amount left to the board, from that resolder a connetion to the amp, and re fasten the heads to the post

i might. another thing is, the heads on the actual post are lose. not enough to twist. but wiggle around, making it a grounding issue correct?
