Default Quick question about sound stream rub 2500

How does this amp do at .5 ohm? For daily and music? I have an electrical to back it up.
Just looking for a cheap 2k or so amp to handle it.
And anyone clamp one of these beasts?
Gonna mount it to my seat so no vibration problems

They do more than rated, at least my 800.1 does. Very solid amps

Do they handle .5? Only gonna use it for like 2 months but it seems like a great amp for the money

I'd use two batteries with one @ 1 ohm. They sound great, but i'd avoid playing at .5

The amp is rated for 1 ohm for a reason, why try to have it do something it's not designed to do. If you can be at .5 ohm, you could also be at 2 ohm. Why not find a 2 or .5 ohm amp if you want reliability? Soundstream - Tarantula Amplifiers It seems like you like soundstream, why not use their TX1.2600D which is rated at .5 ohm? Seems like a better fit.
