New setup!!!

Traded my 18" AA Mayhem today for a JL 13w7AE today.. built a box for it over the last couple days.. was really excited about trying this out. my first PROPER box build and a sub ive wanted for a long time

its all mounted solid.. that box it wedged between my strut towers and amp is screwed down to those strips of MDF

well a new AA Mayhem is $500 and some odd change and a 13w7AE is $850 on Sonicelectronix..
it was a even trade.. i lost output in the trade but gained lows (tuned to 29hz), knowledge (i built the box for the 13w7, my first good box build) and a sub i always wanted to try.

I could trade this 13w7 right now for a 18" Crossfire XS v2 if i wanted to so there are no worries. it was just time to try something else. and i dont have the electrical for a 2500rms 18.. was running 1700rms to it but at idle and full tilt (even with bif 3, all 1/0 wire and 2 small Kinetiks in the trunk) i was dipping to 10v
