Default First attempt at kerf porting

Still needs a few more coats of paint but i think it came out well for my first attempt and it sounds great! Now I "have" to get an amp for my front stage

Looks good to me. You use 1/8" spacing?

1/8" spacing for the kerf? No, I used 1/2", took about 20 passes to get the radius correct without stressing the MDF, the spaces left from the saw blade have been filled with fiberglass resin and then fiberglassed mat crisscrossed over them for strength. The amp is mounted to the enclosure temporarily, I do however have a sheet of neoprene underneath the amp to isolate it from vibration.
