Depending on how far apart the screws are on your angle bracket that could be whats causing the serious rattle. Are the corners of the angle brackets overlapping?

Are you fused on batts front and back or are you just fused up front? Remember fuse everything before something goes on you. better to buy a 20-40 fuse block and fuse than to waist a batt or worse burn your vehicle down..
