you are losing major output by the subs ffacing foward unsealed. other than that nice starter setup mango

Ok I'll try facing them to the rear. It sounds pretty clean right now but I'm gonna try it.

dude take my word. ive spent 3 months sealing a trunk wall i just recently took out. you lose alot facing forward unsealed. it took 80% of my wall to be sealed to be barely as effective as it was rear firing. at 100% i gained alot.

I'm gonna try it. One of my first systems I ever had I had 2-12" kicker solobarics facing forward. I did this on the advice of the shop I dealt with. Back then they were building winning competition cars. So with sealed enclosures I always face forward. I guess in just old school. Lol

Wow I can't believe they told you that lol, but even if they did, it never hurts to play around with your subs. Does it sound louder to you if you push them closer to your backseat? What about closer to the back of the trunk? Do stuff like that, it's always worth a little time and effort to enhance your noise level(DBs).
