Default hdc3 12 moving to a new box. pretty job before move and new amp to add

here is my favorite hdc3 12 d1 prettied up ready for its move to the tbird trunk and a new box. it will be mounted up magnet out to a 2.2cuft box tuned to 38hz.

this move to the trunk doing away with the back seat set up ended up being more work than i thought it would be. i should have finished pics by next week.

the hdc3 is mounted up and sounds insanely loud for 1 12. but now i have to move the amps and batteries to get the back seat back into the car.

thanks to a member here on caco that has helped me find many things so far, he tracked down an AQ 90x4 for me. i installed the led bar that i got for 1 about a year ago and now its ready to head to the tbird to.

well if that works then run with it
i thought you were going by aq specs.. and if you go by those anything below 33 34hz is virtually non existant lol
my hdc3 was at 30hz and it played from 20hz to low 40s nicely

My first aq's were tuned at 38hz and still had the lows. Then I went to 36hz and sounded even better on country and just all around

i could have done 34 or even 36 but i was also looking and air flow for keeping the coil cool since country seems to make sub run warmer. at 38hz it gives me the bass i like for my music. i must say it still does pretty good for (pimp juice) lol

i liked how the AQ amp looked with the led lights so i did the same to the DAT prototype amp.
