Default Xbox 360 Repaint

Started May 29th , 2009: this May Well guy's i orignally got this xbox 360 from obrien on here with RROD(Red Ring of Death) I went and fixed it but i went a step further and since i found one really cheap i went and replaced the whole disc drive. Yes i did it w/o flashing the drive i have secrets haha. But i was bored one day and was getting sick of lookn at the white plain cover. So i went and tapped off all the necessary holes etc....and here's how it came out to be not bad if i say so myself. I plan on painting the controllers also to match.

1st coat of Metallic Silver.

Showing the back piece , was even made sure to tape off all the orignal labeling just for hell of it lol.

On the final coat , but no clear coat on it yet.

Final metallic coat on with almost last coat of clear on now.

All metallic coats sprayed & Coats of clear on and drying sadly my camera does not show the clear coat it's justice.

How it sit's now. Also like said plan on painting controllers to match.

Looks pretty good, I still think you need to do some flashing of that drive :P. And you need to cut a window and liquid cool it, lmao

Interesting since the dvd drive wont work without flashing it with the correct key.

Nice Case though

Update: Janurary 16th , 2010 well guy's i got bored today since my work cut hrs short. But i was gonna do all clear casing but being i don't got that kind of cash i went a diff route.

The cooling is two xcm fans
tailwhisper fans to replace two stock fans
Aftermarket heatsinks over chips.

Here's an update. lmk what you guy's think sry for crappy night pics best could get though.

What i also plan on doing adding blue l.e.d's also to the left hand side to match the right , changing out the ring to also be blue , paint the controller cases to match and whatever else i may think of haha. Lmk what you guy's think.
