How do you plan on wiring your subs; 4 ohm or 1 ohm load? If you are going to wire them in a 1 ohm load, I'd go with either the MB Quart FX1.1000 or the MB Quart ONX1.1000D. They'll put you right at 1000W RMS given your voltage supply to the amp is healthy. Since your subs handle around 600W RMS each, this should put you in a pretty good spot power-wise.
If you are thinking about doing a 4 ohm load, go with the MB Quart ONX1.2000D. This will get you around 675W RMS, which isn't too much considering your subs power-handling capabilities, but it will give you plenty of power should you ever upgrade your subs to some with more power-handling capabilities.
In my opinion, I'd run the subs at a 1 ohm load and use one of the two MB amps I listed in the first paragraph.
I haven't had much experience with AutoTek stuff, but if you signal is super clean (absolutely no clipping or distortion) you may be able to send a little more power to the subs, but I wouldn't. I'd stick to around 1000W RMS and you should be sounding pretty good.
Hope this helps you out. Good luck!
