So this is what ive been thinking of are mt big mistakes def. the prefab box the only reason i havent gotten a new one is i was told it wouldnt make ahuge dif. so i think the money would be better spent elsewhere till i get some keepper subs i got an optima batterry instead. i hear the DC audio are pretty awesome has anyone compared the kicker l7 to the dc and how much would i have to bump my power up to push the dc's (1600.1 super classs dm ono hifonics) anyone got any for a good price?

dc makes good woofers... and you should take a stab at building your own box. if you look around on the internet enough, either you will find a person willing to give you box designs, or you can make your own on a box calculator online. just search around. this is a very helpful sight! and welcome to it!!! and for the subs, it depends on which level subs your'e thinking of running, it should give you the power specs on dc's site...
