Why are you so concerned with THD? I noticed you posted a sub amp - the sub itself is going to be the "dirtiest" part of the equation, especially if you go vented. I'm not saying it's wrong to care, just that there's more important things to consider.

eclipse 34230 370 x2 @ 4ohms .05% thd lol class ab sq sub amp. low thd amps are for sq not burp setups it would be pointless unless you were running in a class like mwspl basic 1 500 wrms clamped power class or something along those lines where you could possibly gain .1 from having a cleaner signal

Subs (well, any speaker) by design are dirty. They make a lot of heat which throws off tolerances, they have larger radiating surfaces that can bend and flex, they're phase nightmares, etc..etc..

Most of the "distortion" you will hear from a speaker comes in the form of higher order harmonics and mechanical noise (even though it's not strictly "distortion", it does color the sound). Probably every amplifier on the market will have a low enough THD figure to be unnoticeable audible. That is assuming they are run within their tolerances. Notice that the amp you listed in the original post was rated at 4 ohm and at 40 watts to get the THD.

Hmmm I did not notice that.
I was either going to do the 500w class or just all out
