Default Something is stuck under my skin... should I take it out?

I just found a black dot under the skin of my middle finger and it is actually something under it, like a rock or plastic, or the tip of a pencil. It is sitting in the skin between the lower "bend" of my middle finger, it doesn't hurt when I push on it, and I haven't noticed it until just now.

Since it is right below the skin I suppose I could cut myself open to take it out but what's the risk of leaving it alone, nothing? Cancer?

Cut it out! Ha
I've have friends when we were younger eat shizz ridin bike or what not. They ended up with a pebble under the skin. It worked its way out eventually. I'm not a doctor but I wouldn't be real worried.
Maybe post a pic?

I have tested that amp about a bazillion times. I know what it does clean, clipped, dirty, loaded, unloaded, wired down, low voltage, good voltage, after it hot, while it's cool, on caps, on batts, where it protects, what's thermal limits are and just about anything else anyone would care to know about it.

But thanks for chiming in. Your opinion is duly noted.
