Default whats up with my ears?

for some reason randomly today my ears felt like they needed to adjust, so i started yawning and couldn't get it to stop, and i have been feeling it all day, i feel a little weird but not exactly dizzy just kind of out of it. my ears feel really sensitive and they keep randomly ringing. Its a weird feeling that i cant exactly explain, almost like i just came out of a concert and i cant tell if its both ears or just my left one. i have had a history of ear infections / swimmers ear / ruptured ear drums. Is this the beginning of hearing loss? been having terrible anxiety all day from it, and now im just getting pissed off. i have read a few different times on here of people talking about hearing diseases and what not, anyone have any closure for me?

Pinch your nostrils closed. Take a deep breath and hold it. Puff your cheeks out. And try to push the air out of your nose.

This happens to me all the time, usually when i have sinus congestion or infections, it will just go away on its own in a few days, or ask your doctor about some ciprodex ear drops (they really help).
