I sold my cda-9811 to a friend, installed 2 new door speakers, and wired up a infinity basslink, in his 05 1500. I had the deck for about a year, and it never skipped with my 3 10's, and now after installing the basslink, he's claiming it skips with the bass.. I did the entire install for $150, and he said that I was ripping him off . . .

Yeah met a "friend" on hear sent him. 2-hdc3 motors and baskets and everything to rebuild them aaaaaaand bought 500 worth the sub parts to make some extra cash and he will not send me nothing also paid to upgrade his caco account as well !!! RIGHT jordan m

I told him I'll try to clean the pins, and blow it out with a can of air.. If it doesn't fix the problem, I'd replace the deck..

I don't charge friends for installs, unless its a big un. Then beer tokens are accepted

Similar to that, although not a friend per se. I did a head gasket for someone very very cheap and he came back that night with a couple of his boys (pair of bitches it turned out ) saying I'd ripped him off etc... So he ran me round the block in his car and said "listen!"

I said: "um, that'll be your brake pads bro - see ya!"

Yeah, I don't bother helping people out any more.
