Default Any Good Cooks in here?

I haven't gone to culinary school or work in the field but I am a damn good cook.. mainly stick to meat dishes but my specialty is Cajun food and wild game.. I make crawfish and venison dishes quite often

Tonights menu at the Raptor household we have:
Crawfish boil with 5 pounds of crawfish, one large lobster, red skin potatoes and super sweet corn on the cob in a strong Cajun brine seasoned with halfed lemons, garlic cloves and creole

Appetizer is alligator cut into small pieces.. coated with Hooters brand coating and deep fried

No not really.. that phrase basically comes from an animal having a lack of flavor.. gator is kinda in a league of its own.. it isn't super strong tasting.. u can tell its out of the swamp/bayou but its clean.. texture is like a well cooked gizzard

Where to start, congrats u can boil, any five year old coastal kid can do that, buy the boil concentrate too huh, fried gator does not have the consistency of a gizzard at all unless your meat is fatty and crappy or you fry the living hell out of it, and my god can you not buy plain bread crumbs and season them yourself, you purge in salt water still too huh, dude you are mediocre at best

I see your secret! It's that Tony Chachere's Creole Seasoning. That stuff is the bees knees and makes everything taste delicious!
