Default Alaska grown

Any Alaska folks on the forum? I hope so because I would like to meet people who actually know more about car audio than "best buy is having a sale" lol.

If that's your prob then you've come to the right place, you will be a master installer when these good caco folks get through with you!

Definitely not bro. Cold yes, too cold.... Not if you enjoy what you do. Besides, you get acclimated pretty easily. I did anyway. I'm originally from DC, spent 8 years in Germany then came here so it wasn't bad for me. An besides there's lot of decent and a few really nice setups here. The problem is most of the people who have them are either dope boys, rich or work on the north slope. Either way we don't run in the same circles.

Not really a problem they can keep getting robbed by retailers and I'll keep designing, building and out-pounding them for less. I just wish I knew more people here who actually build with knowledge and skill. It kinda sucks building by myself sometimes.

I'm in Anchorage, Alaska.

Definitely not too cold. We definitely have some very nice setups.

Too cold, too hot...everytime I see some town of Alaska on tv, I see snow there.

Lol. I'm sure television would show that. Summer time like we have now we get average 18-19 hours of daylight? It's definitely hot, but I guess winters are harsh. Audio takes a back seat so we can pull up the sleds, go boarding or skiing so it's worth it. And everyone always uses the time to rebuild so that summer is like show time

There's no internet there? At least the amps run cooler there!
