Default cnc/lathe work

I need a rough cost idea on my newest project, and it has a piece id like made...Looking for someone with a cnc or lathe that can do work or has access to either to do a few simple form shaped pieces (same object, need 2, 4 or 6 price dependent )... the object has no angles besides 90 degrees, biggest dimension being ~7"

Pm and ill give the details, thanks
