Went like 2 months without power steering and the had my power steering rack replaced and that solved the problem. Then my pump starting whining and finally went out, replaced it, had power steering for like a week, then it went out. so for the last 7 months I haven't had power steering, I bled the line, flushed out and replaced the fluid, changed the pump and still nothing, as soon as it dropped to below freezing my power steering started working again?!?! Could I have hit a chunk of ice or something that freed up a line or something? Could the line have froze over somewhere that air was being sucked into the line and sealed it off? Should I count on it going out again?
