Default Anyone trade Cryptocurrency?

Anyone trade BTC or LTC or anything of the sort? My new years resolution is to earn as much money as possible doing so lol.
Was wondering if anyone has been profitable or has a bot that works?

I made a few grand this year in BTC, was doing it for fun though and got lucky bought at about $550 sold at about $940. When ever I seem to try to make a ton of money it never works out that way. I more or less wanted to see what I could do in a matter of a week with such a volatile investment. Jacob at Sundown is big into it as well.

meh not really.. it's the seventh largest currency out of like eleven iirc but IMO it's a joke.

BTC is impossible to mine right now without asic cards.

LTC is doable but you need at least 4 heavy duty G cards to be worth it right now.

I have a HD 7950 and it took me like 5-6 days to mine one Litecoin. Unless you got a lot of cash lying around to invest in the startup of it (oh and good luck with most ATI cards being backordered (because of LTC)) you won't make much money.

Oh and your comp is pretty much unusable during mining so you wouldn't want to mine with a main computer.

Jacob of Sundown mines LTC right now. Makes pretty good money too for the time being. But as soon as the difficulty starts rising even he won't be able to mine effectively.

EDIT: totally read that as who mines cryptocurrency.

Well I got into it last night and bought some PPC, then turned around and sold it just about 5 min ago and made about $75. Not a bad start to currency trading I suppose.

I think after LTC breaks the $24 mark its going to skyrocket. BTC and LTC are too similar to have such a different currency value.

I ran a bitcoin miner on my 5770 for a few hours and was un-impressed with the results and that was my entire experience with bitcoin.

Guessing you were mining once it was already tough? Had it been in like 2009 and you kept those coins now, youd have a very nice new car or house.
