Default Last Install

It's been a while since I did a full install and I think this will be my last. I just dont find the enjoyment in it anymore. I used to enjoy it, but I think my last full install killed it, I loved how it sounded, wish I never got rid of it (traded vehicle for another to be able to move cross country) it had everything I wanted in a system. Now it probably wont be my last system, but definitely my last install I do.

Anyone else feel the same or anyone all ready do their last and now have someone else do it?

Mods, this could probably fit in General but......If you feel it does, please move...thx

What do you do when you don't feel like finishing a build?

I live, breathe, shit, hump, sleep and eye f**k car audio, so honestly for me, I've never lost its enjoyment or any aspect of it for that matter and probably never will. But everyone one is different and likes/dislikes things to different degrees or for different reasons. If you don't like it anymore, then just don't do it. I mean it is really that simple.

I'd be more into it if I had the money like I used to. I still like bass and won't drive without it in my vehicle.

I rest my case.

I re-read, sorry if I came across as a ****, I can assure you I meant that in no way.
If what you're doing is not purely for you and you alone, then no....it's not that simple, but all that was implied/said.

Yeah, I know, I have had two shops do installs for me and both times I had issues with improper gain settings and speakers wired incorrectly. One amp kept shutting off and even after getting a replacement they couldnt figure out why, I figured it out on my own (tweeter protection in crossover triggering amp protection - clip solder fixed ).

Finished the install finally. Had to fish 4/0g cable under the carpet, three sets of rcas and four sets of speaker wires since the bolts were gonna snap on my back seats if I put any more torque to them. But still no bass......Had a bad sub so my enclosure plans got shot down....

So in all I have an Alpine CDA7892, Soundstream Mtube8, Eclipse SP6500's up front, SP5000's in back each set powered by it's own Cadence TXA3002, 4/0g pure copper unning to about 2ft from amps and split off to 4g pure copper to the amps with signal fed through Monoprice rca's. It sounds pretty darn good, got some tuning bugs to work out to get it sounding right where I want it but it will have to wait.
