Got an English assignment to write a 500 word short essay on love. I've been just jotting stuff down and still need arrange everything in a more logical order. I also need about 200 more words. Anything to add?

Love is an overused term with a wide array of definitions. It often has different meanings for people. The Webster definition of love is “a feeling of strong attachment induced by that which delights or commands admiration”. Love is letting go of the past. Accepting the person someone is, and not trying to change them. Ignoring faults. Love is giving someone a back rub after they’ve had a long day. Love is not snapping on someone every time they make you upset. Love is constant, not a fleeting feeling. Those who view love as a whim have never truly experienced it. You can hate someone, but still love them. Love knows no boundaries. Love is not seeking revenge when you feel wronged. Love is forgiveness. Love is a distinct feeling. Love is compromising. Love is placing the needs of someone else above your own. Love is selflessness.
True love is not something that happens quickly. The first inclination of love is usually a sprout. It takes time and commitment for love to take root and eventually blossom. Much like as you would attend to a garden, love needs devotion. In its beginning stages, love is but a vulnerable seedling. People with little investment in eachother are easily swayed from their path. Love is fragile, and one wrong move can .
