claim was started 2 weeks ago and denied within 3 days. I wasnt told any of this as the UPS store was supposed to contact me. Well they didn't, so I call today and they say oh yeah it was denied then disputed then denied again. So i say ok well why did no one call me in the past 10 days to tell me any of this.... "not sure". Okay is the manager available? "hes with another customer" I say ok ill call back after I call the UPS 1800#....
Call back and say hey just talked to 1800ups, they said you guys should have my package..."we dont have it here" ok can I talk to the manager now then? "he left for the day"
i go to store and voice my displeasure with the entire situation, first being that I packed what i thought was VERY well, individually wrapped every component with bubble wrap then filled in the gaps with newspaper so nothing was touching anything else nor the sides and couldnt move around. The part time associate calls 1800ups and they tell him they dont know where the package is...okay its been 7 days since anything has been updated for any tracking number. So the package may be lost or may be in texas somewhere according to UPS. So technically UPS store is the shipper and would be reimbursed by ups.... how would i ever know if they ever got my stuff back in? or that the dispute was denied? What if ups store did get $ and didnt tell me so i basically am just told to f-off?
I told the part time associate the manager better be giving me a call tomorrow, if not I will be going to district manager then regional etc etc
