Back bathroom, edge of toilet.. Looks like I'm growing mushrooms *lol*
My daughter came out and asked what it was so I snapped a pic before I cleaned it up. The OSB wood I applied there a few years ago while trying to fix our toilet leak, but turns out it was improper plumbing which wasn't done right the 1st time, so got that fixed. it looks like the wax from the ring sneaking its way out but not sure. It felt hard, wet and cold.
Plan is to totally gut the entire bathroom including the supposed leak under the toilet. I'm 99% sure the 2 floor joists will need to be replaced (rotted away over the course of the leaky toilet years)as that's the area the toilet sits on which is at an angle instead of flat....yeah this house wasn't taken care of very well in the past, and the remodeling job is a joke.
