You give people your e-mail (your login ID for paypal) and they send money to that address. You either need a credit card or a bank account on paypal to send money. You can request a check from paypal or have them transfer it to your bank (much easier and faster)

You have to log into the paypal account and make sure it's set up first.

give the guy the email you used to establish the account

it doesn't cost anything to have the account. They take fees when someone sends you money for goods

Not sure about the account thing, but it would be easier than having paypal send you checks every time you do a deal.

I think you should put the account on now. That way when the guy sends you money, you'll see it and be able to transfer it right then and there.

Paypal is pretty simple. I wish every place had it set up this way.

Are you sure? You were saying you didn't know now you saying it is.

Log into the account and go to my account/profile/financial info/credit and debit cards.

If your card info is there you're all set.
