Ok, I am lost here. If you look in my profile you'll notice my email address along with every alias I use at every forum I frequent. Now, if you get approached by someone claiming to be me at a forum not listed or just to make sure that I am, indeed, who I claim to be you can simply request an email from that email account listed in my profile. If it can't be produced then it wouldn't be the person that alias belongs to. On top of that you can look up the email of every person that left me an eval and contact them directly via the email they have listed.
Yeah, there are those that give themselves false heat (as it's called) but when it's discovered (and most heat users can spot a fake right away) and gets reported the account is closed and removed.
I'm not suggesting that you supplant your current eval system, just that this would be handy for users than want an easy at a glance rep system.
I guess the point of it is that even though someone might not appear to be an established trader because they're new to a certain genre of forums, it doesn't necessarily mean that they're new to forum trading in general.
