ok so let me update this post now.
so i look in my bank acount today and i had a credit for $425. from a merchant dispute. well the only merchant dispute i had EVER pulled was against RD audio for the rd 3250v2 amp i bought on presale. so im like WTF, the bank had denied me the chargebank originally. which had me even more confused. so i was in a pretty tough spot.
why was I in a tough spot you may ask. well most people will remember correctly that i had got a "sample" amp to replace my 3250v2 which i had sold at a slight loss on my end. so technically my situation was over and done with. WRONG. not only did the bank give me the chargeback but i also got paid for the sample i sold.
so knowing steve he would have figured this out eventually. so i called the bank. the money was mine final. awarded to me, could not be taken from me. but there was plenty of proof rollin around that i had gotten a sample. so after i got off the phone with the bank i descided to be the better man and give steve a call. this was the reason for the request on his cell phone number. i want to be 100% DONE WITH RD AUDIO FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE. so to get rid of the whole situation and to not be scumbag even though it was "that " whole situation i gave steve a call and paid him his money back. being there was no way i could legally and morrally keep it knowing i got paid for my other amp.
even though i took a slight loss on my end which was my choice not his companies. he could have come back at me for his money back being he had proof. so not ONLY did my bank FAIL, rd audio didnt even notice it missing aparently.
so for those of you who did do chargebacks on your debit card, just hang in there. mine came through. even though it shouldnt have. and i AM honest guy. and i try to do my buisness the same way. im not going to screw someone out of money they made just because of a B.S situation. regardless. now its over and done with back to a clean slate.
hows that for a cluster fawk
