ok. me and SPY had an agreement for decals/dvd's. i sent him 4 movies at 1 time, and the 5th at a later date. the 5th has not arrived yet supposedly.
i sent 3 regular dvd's and 2 blu-rays, in return for some decal's.
most decal's we're fine. the window banner was creased to hell from packaging, and 2 of the other decal's we're useless, since they were not cut to the correct measurement's.
my question is.....is either of us at fault?
he sent me a few bad sticker's, and now his last dvd that i mailed through usps hasnt arrived. should he be happy i even sent the last dvd seeing as 1 decal is creased to shit and 2 are unusable on my vehicle?
he expects me to go out and get another dvd to replace the 1 that hasnt arrived/is lost.
what would you guys do in a situation like this?
i mean, i understand his rep and popularity on this site, but i'm not going to be taken advantage of because i'm a noob. i'd like for us to just both cut our losses and move on, cuz obviously usps employees are idiots, and 3 of my decal's are un-fixable.
