Unhappy Always remember shop safety first..or

this can happen





it's actually split down through the middle of the nail, to where I can just about pull it off( it plus some meat). Got distracted in the shop a little bit ago, and well this happened. Got it caught in a spinning endmill.

Just remeber when using your power tools, dont get distracted. Now to go hit the liquid pain meds.

Yep, could have been much worse, could have torn the complete end off. Doesnt hurt too much, more pissed at myself, for not paying more attention to what I was doing.

And I have seen worse. I have actually pulled someone else's fingertips from a box at the bottom of a punch press.
Had to reverse a press brake to release a guys hand from between dies.

So yea, i consider this nothing. But just reminding people to be careful and pay attention.

And its actually cut pretty deep, but no way to put stitches through a fingernail that I now off. Its cut down thru to about the bone.
