Default Would you sue T3 Audio?

Ok here is the short version.

As most of you know T3 did a presale on the TSNS subs last November/Decmeber. So I ordered 2 18's because I was told they would ship around Christmas time. Well that came and gone then was changed to mid January. That date has come and gone then was told February was when the new line was coming out. Of course that didn't happen either... was then told spring time of this year.... as you can guess that didn't happen either.

I have asked for a refund many times starting in February. Even tried to change my order to at least get something going. Every time I get the run around about he doesn't know how many he has of anything and would have to get back to me. Yet when I talked to someone else I was told they had what I wanted when I asked him.

Now we are at the point of no answers at all... won't email me back or call. I have asked numerous times for either subs or refund and get no where. So that brings us to this thread... if it were you would you sue him for it? After seeing how this is handled I doubt I would see it anyway but I am running out of options and patience.

its tough to say. with presales it is known that products take a long time to get sent out. people know that it takes time to make all these orders. you knew what you got yourself into when preordering an item.

Well thats the thing... JD has told me all parts have been in Indiana for months... Plus I would have never ordered if it was going to take this long. I have plenty of emails stating when they were going to be shipped but still have nothing.

I wouldnt.

The reason why is basically this.

Our liscensee in Indiana has taken control of all inventory.

This means that anything sold through JD or I have to be purchased from them at dealer price.

The Liscensee has decided not to release TSNS subs.

The handfull of orders that has been taken for TSNS presale went into producing the parts which are now on lock down at the Liscensee facility.

JD and I have been working hard to get these parts to no avail. The next option is to simply produce new parts which is a plan we have been working on.
Unfortunately this year has been extremely tough on us and JD especially. With no true income or funds available to produce parts, issue refunds, buy product from Liscensee, or do anything for that matter.

Lack of communication on JDs part is mainly due to the stress of having to deal with all of these issues and an inability to do anything about it at this time.

I do implore anyone wanting products, refunds, parts, or anything from us. Please be patient as we will make it right. We just need a bit of time to do it. We have alot of work ahead of us to get ourselves back on track. Unfortunately it all does boil down to money (or lack there of). So we will have more answers in a few weeks after our big meetings coming up.

Thank you for being patient with us as much as you have. I will make it right.

As you know I have never had an issue with you... you are always a top notch guy when it comes to costumer service. Stress is hell... trust me I know living with a woman that thinks you got screwed over and reminds you on a daily basis makes my stress great too .
