yeah doesnt look very professional, it was actually kind of rude to tell you the truth. This actually does not make me want to do business with them, makes me wonder what kind of smartass replies i would get if they slacked on my shit.

Can you read? It was very clearly stated that the guy JUST sent the request 1 day ago....I don't consider that slacking especially when PSI gets the amount of business they do....

i meant slack as in months down the line, would they still talk to you like this? It does not matter, if you work for a business like this, you need to put up with the customers you can clearly see he got annoyed, and he showed it. i have worked with the public before and this is unacceptable, right when he said "OH!" i would have told him to shove the quote up his ass honestly. I dont think any less of fixmyspeaker because of this, just of whoever was ever behind that keyboard typing this conversation, very unprofessional.

i find it rather amusing, but not un-professional in the slightest.

(in a nutshell) kinda nice knowing that they can maintain a good sense of humor while catering to the anxious who mention discounts,..

You're right, it's extremely informal. However, something you also must have learned in customer service is that it's necessary to tailor your message to your audience - know with whom you speak! If you go to a head shop, expect to hear "dude" a lot. If you talk to someone from an online car audio forum, expect sarcasm haha

Also, F.M.S. has arguably the best customer service I've ever experienced. They answered my phone call on the weekend, and spent a long time just explaining how the process went and what they could do for me.

dave is prolly 1 of the coolest guys.. but he does have a wierd sense of humor.. not all ppl are the same..

me personally ive never had a issue with psi ever..and ive had 3 subs from him now..
if u got any questions about the sub u shippd in,...or what would be best parts etc etc
he always answers in full detail..
PSI FTW!!!!! never run another sub again
