I also did not have to put anything down, received the cards with money, not sure how much, and discount. I see you live in same city as me, so you probably have comcast? Comcast internet is probably 5x faster, so if you can live with that should save you quite a bit. Switching tv, internet, and phone to them ended up saving me like $150 a month.
