If it's about the sub enclosures, then all you can really do is man up and say you did. You look bad doing it, but worse not admitting (if that's the case).
A buddy of mine was sponsored by this one shop and they claimed body kit fitment was perfect such and such when clearly there were gaps and whatnot. They went on to blame him for slamming the car to the ground with his air suspension when the bumper never even touched the ground. They continuously deleted posts, threads, etc. Till this day they haven't admitted to it. Had they done that, they could have kept their credibility.
In the end, if a business wants to move forward, best thing to do is just speak the truth. Hope all goes well because I've heard nothing but great things (aside the enclosure discussions) about Subtilis Audio and Kevin.
