Ok so I had I had Quickbooks POS Software and Hardware bundle ( this is this ebay ad
) from my old shop. I put it up for sale on ebay a lady from cali emailed me for more info. i gave her that info. Before you bought it she called the quickbooks 800 number listed in the ad they told her the same thing they told me there would be no issue transferring the license to her.
She buy it pays for it, I ship it all out fedex ground the next day. She gets it puts in the transfer for the licensee I thought I was done at this point. 2 or 3 weeks later quickbooks says no they will not transfer the licensee to her because I did not sell her my company and give her quickbooks. I was like WTF..
So I go round and around with quickbooks about this they told me and her there would be no issue but after it was sold they would not honer there own words. So this lady goes and disputes the charge with paypal saying the stuff I sent her was damaged and wanted her money back. I was like WTF and replied and won that, 2 days latter she charges back with her credit card company and the $1,300 comes back out of my account. I have emailed her 3 times to return the stuff with NO reply so now.
So now she has $1,300 worth of stuff and my $1,300. I won the dispute with paypal but the charge back they are saying could take up to 60 days I don't have $1,300 toe even out my account just yet. So wanted to see if any one has any suggestions. I have tried calling and can never get her and she does not reply to emails.
Open to ideas I would at least like to make sure the stuff gets returned in case I lose the charge back with her bank or should I just stay on paypal to try and win the charge back. Because I did not do anything wrong quickbooks did now I will be out of shipping either way. grrrr.. plus paypal hit me for $25 charge back feee..
This lady also never asked to return it only to try and talk to quickbooks for her.
