Default Help with DDM Tuning HIDs

I'm getting ready to order an HID kit but I need some questions answered first. Car is a 1985 Oldsmobile Delta 88 Royale.

1st: what bulbs do I need, I went to the Sylvania sight and found this:
1985 OLDSMOBILE Delta 88 Royale

Low beam headlamp
H4656
H4656ST Silverstar: The brighter and whiter light. Up to 35% brighter, up to 30% more downroad visibility and up to 35% more sideroad visibility.
H4656XV XtraVision: The brighter light for upgraded performance. Up to 30% brighter light and up to 25% more downroad visibility.
H4656CB Cool Blue: The whiter light for style. Up to 25% brighter light and up to 25% more downroad visibility.
H4656LL Long Life Halogen Upgrade: Lasts 6x longer

High beam headlamp
H4651
H4651ST Silverstar: The brighter and whiter light. Up to 35% brighter, up to 30% more downroad visibility and up to 35% more sideroad visibility.
H4651XV XtraVision: The brighter light for upgraded performance. Up to 30% brighter light and up to 25% more downroad visibility.
H4651CB Cool Blue: The whiter light for style. Up to 25% brighter light and up to 25% more downroad visibility.

So what DDM bulb is that?

2nd: Do I need an HID harness? drop down menu on it says "Dual In, Dual Our"

and 3rd: How do I know if I need the "Error Eliminator"?

I don't think DDM has the bulb you need, but I do see that bulb type on ebay

You need a sealed beam conversion since your car is a little older and still uses the old sealed bulb, (the big ones you have to remove all at once instead of just pulling out the bulb inside).

Something like this,

CLEAR SEALED BEAM HEAD LIGHTS 7X6 IN PAIR H4 CONVERSION: eBay Motors (item 120606863847 end time Sep-08-10 08:16:26 PDT)

Just make sure you find the correct size for your current headlights, some are 4x6s and so on. Then, just order the kit from DMM with the bulb that will work with your conversion, for example that one uses a H4.

Email DDM, they can help you with this a little better than I can, and their good people ive ordered 2 kits from them with no issues.

Wouldn't I just be able to use an open beam headlight then just buy the H4 kit?

you need to get H4656 and H4651 sealed to composite conversion housings.

I was planning on doing this on my blazer but it'd cost too much.

The H4656 is your low beam and it is a dual filament (does low and high beam)

The H4651 is your high beam only.

Ebay sells the conversion housings along with adapter harnesses to make it a composite style housing where you can change the halogen capsule instead of the whole light.

Then you would have to get lights accordingly for the housings. (more often than not they are H4.)

Damn, I don't want nothing too pricey.

You would need this for your low beam

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/165mm...Q5fAccessories

And this for your high beam

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/165mm...Q5fAccessories

Then you'd want a H4 HID kit for your low beam, and an H1 kit for your high beam.

(I have a DDM 35W H4 hi/lo 6000k kit for sale on here)
