Default Was in my first WRECK today.

well was turning into left into the parking lot to go to work today and a lady who was leaving my work was turning left out of the parking lot and she ran right into me. Damage was worse than i expected considering the speed we were going.

The old lady that hit me was in a new grand prix and me in my 93 Ranger. Something happened to my system during the wreck that i havent had time to look for yet but i was gorunded to the frame right where she hit me so i think it might pulled it loose or something.

Im kind of worried that insurance will want to total it out being that its 17 yrs old.

The choice weather the truck is totaled or not is up to you. The damage you have is about $1500 at the cheapest good shops. for $1500, You get no new metal(they straighten what you have), and they only paint what was damaged.

It's on your insurance since you did not have "the right of way" unless for some reason the lady doesn't have a valid license or current registration.

(either of those or any other reason which means she shouldn't have been there means it's her fault)

he may have had the right of way.
the woman may have had a stop sign, yield sign, could be lights.
could have been totally his fault to though.

just says he was turning left into the parking lot.
she was turning left out of it.

you would think she has to wait for traffic on a road instead of a parking lot though
