Default How much Should I charge

I was washing my truck the other day and the neighbor saw the attention to detail I was using, she asked if I could do her Toyota Camry, vacuum, clay-bar, washing, wax, spot removing(inside) windows cleaned and rain-x, I have all the supplies already.

How much should I charge?? I have never cleaned somebody elses car before besides family..I looked online, but the prices ranged from $60-$500 so i was looking for what you guys would think would be fair.. Thanx

Depending on how good a job you can do

I would charge $110.

Not sure how much this helps, but a local detailing shop charges:

Base of $99.99 for interior detailing,
Base of $119.99 for exterior detailing/wax

and in both cases if its extremely dirty they can add to the price

Get your local prices from shops. Shoot for half what they charge. If the neighbor will not pay half the going rate, keep it friendly..
tell her you can wash it for $$
or wash and wax it for $$$
or wash claybar and wax it for $$$$
or wash claybar, wax and vacum for $$$$$

or just windex the windows for $10 {yes, it should cost at least that between materials and time}

oh.. and if she smokes, add $5 extra for the effort of cleaning her windows.
