I have sent a couple of pms with no response and I just simply want to know if my order has shipped and if you have a tracking number. This order was placed and paid for on November 8. I dont want to cause any trouble, I just simply would like a response since the item was allegedly shipped 2 weeks ago.
My main issue is how my order was allegedly shipped from upstate ny 2 weeks ago and its not here yet. Its maybe 4hrs away from my house at the most. How is this possible?
