Default Car Paint

I just have a real simple question for you guys. I know very little about cars, but however I found this car that I like and it's a great deal, but the only problem is that it has these ugly ass pink flames on the sides. So is there anyway I can remove them without re-painting the whole car? Or what's the cheapest way to get rid of them because the deal on this car is great and it's on of the cars I've been looking for. But if there's not a cheap way to do it I'll just have to keep looking or deal with it lol.

But will it look nice? The flames take up most of the doors and quarter panels.

Don't spray paint it. The rig is probably salvagable.

When it comes down to it, the flames could be sanded off then the whole car be recleared. It's kind of a long shot, but it's possible.

Talk to an actual paint shop. I worked for a body and paint shop for a while. Honestly, it would be better to repaint. There's ways around everything.
