Default alright, this is a damn serious question

i am building a complete custom beerpong table...

its going to have led lights that strobe through out it, two 7 inch screens, a dvd player that will play music videos to the screens, and it will also have speakers built into it...

and suggestions on how to run this ..... electrically wise id love to just be able to plug in one plug and run it all....

also am i going to have to amplify the speakers at all if im running them off the dvd player?

id love to make this table get realllllllll loud

Curious to see as I've debated the same thing

I considered either using a battery charger/something similar and just running a plug, or having a single battery hidden within the table and just putting a charger on it (hidden) while playing...

My plans were for four 6.5's and a 150-200w rms amplifier on an efficient 18" driver downfiring somewhere, but who knows

Also - I planned on having a DVD player or incorporating an Ipad or something into it all.

Dumb. College kids need a job to earn monies for audioze.

But yes, you'd need an amp of some sort. If you get one of the dvd player surround sound combos you will kill 2 birds with one stone.

And by doing that you should be able to run everything off one plug.

The lights are a different story and I don't know exactly how you're wanting to do it so I'll stay quiet there.

I still like the battery and charger(just hide it on the underside somehow!) and a small 5 channel amplifier. A small battery charger, plug it in, let it wang hard.
