I started a new job a week ago, it BLOWS! I'm a 13 yr. kitchen extroidanaire and because of the poor economy, I downgraded in my industry to make ends meet. I've been a Sous Chef for a couple years and now taking a line cook position with a bunch of unprofessional monkeys. I want to bash in the walls with the pizza roller...yes I said pizza roller. I'm used to working in 3 star 4 diamond hotels and I'm very distraught. My so-called kitchen manager gets totally pissed off when 3 ticket orders come in......I just work my station and try not to laugh
Do I say F*** *** and walk or stash a bunch of fish under the the refridgerator near the hot motor for a couple of foul smelling weeks
? I guess that would be at their level but I'm just hating this gey place. Anyone else care to walk in their job with a full dufflebag and do work?
