hey spy, how bout a little tutorial on how to make those little 45's? nice little addition, but i don't see how you can make them without them kicking back.

this....I can make the cut on one side but when I flip it around there isn't a big flat edge against the fence, or against the actual table. They always wanna wobble around

I can never get them to come out square

Lookin good Love the port paint

And not sure what you guys mean by the 45's? You mean the small ones for the corners? having a large piece alrdy cut to the height of the vertical panels helps...then run one side thru the 45-tilted blade...then mark where you need to the cut to be, flip it over and adjust the fence and run it thru again, having the 45ed piece on the waste-side of the blade. Then u can take a razor blade and cut the small piece off that didnt make it all the way thru the blade (cuts mdf like butter). Sorry to dump, spy

i might have to try it like that. i'm allways having problems with kickback on mine. part of that i think is that the table moves instead of the blade.
