On Friday I don't sleep during the day, I stay up as late as I can stand. Usually that's 8-9 or 10 which is 22, 23 or 24 hours with no sleep. Then I hit the sack and get up when I'm fully rested which is 6-8 hours later. Last night I fell asleep around 9, got a solid 7 hours and was ready to go.
Through the week I sleep 5-6 hours a day.
