i think im getting sick and not like normal sick, but like, its building up to something major. since about november ive been losing weight, lost 20lbs in 3 weeks time, my eating habits didnt change, i just lost weight. ive plateaued at 170lbs @6'2", i used to weigh 190-195. i am no longer hungry, i eat lunch sometimes, dinner usually, no breakfast. my sleeping habits have gone to shit, i sleep from about 2am to 8am. not great. i tried falling asleep earlier tonight only to find myself tossing and turning. i worked all day today walking in the woods doing a clean up for my hunting club, pulling out garbage, tires, all kinds of crap. got home and was tired as hell and couldnt fall asleep. didnt eat all day, ate dinner but was a light meal. my appetite is shot, my weight is down and my energy is lower then normal. heres my schedule to give you an idea of my week, i think it might be stress but im not sure...
monday-class from 1230-1015pm, home by 11, sleep by 1-2am
tuesday-class from 11-1215, work from 130-6, home by 630, sleep by 1-2am
wednesday-class from 430-715, dollar beer night from 9-1230, sleep by 1-2am
thursday-class from 1230-715pm, go out from 1030-1245, sleep by 130-2am
friday-class from 7am-1214pm, work from 130-6, home by 630, sleep by 1-2am
saturday-work 8am-2pm, rest of day off
sunday-nothing (sometimes hunting depending on weather, just walk in the woods for 5 hrs)
i dont drink alot when i go out so i dont think it has anything to do with that, i do think it has to do with my sleep habit, but would that affect my eating? this has been going on since november 10'. any suggestions? should i go get some blood work done? my dad was just diagnosed with diabetes, and these are some of the symptoms he had, got me kinda worried now. thanks guys.
