Default db drag rules

Well I have been told that to run in the street stock class, I can't run a sub box on the bact seat. I have read the rules and have not found anything that says that unless I somehow missed something. Is this true or can I run a sub box on my rear seat instead of the truck?

Your box can't effect the function of your back seats. That's the rule for both Street Stock and Street classes.

Small enclosure is ideal for burping... You get less impedance rise, and combined with a big port makes for a peaky enclosure => big numbers.

well wont be burping. 30 sec notes. was wanting 2 15 RF punch hx2 15's with at least a 6ft3 box or 3ft3 per sub, which is .5ft3 bigger than the recommend specs, I was pushing for 8ft3, no way i have the trunk room. hell even at 6ft3 dont have the room plus porting since i want to do an external port which i can change out the tunes.

30 second notes? WTF are you doing? DBDrag is a 3-5 second burp... And why are you wanting that massive box? I'm really confused by your setup ideas. If you want to play music, don't worry about the number you're going to burp. If you want to be competitive in dbdrag, then you're probably not going to be playing music...

For SPL was told to do a box slightly bigger than the specs with external port such as aeroport, with no internal bracing, all 45 corners, all fiberglassed inside. Every time I had to run in the db drag it ran for a full 30 sec intervals, I dont know if that was just for bass race and phyclone, and when I was metered they even ran that for 30 sec. Are they running it wrong?
What would you suggest because I only have till saturday to be done and competing lol. I just want to pull the numbers and still be able to do good on the RTA thats why I was wanting the changable port tune.
